Yoon Eun Hye gets crafty

Perhaps looking to follow in the footsteps of fellow actors Jung Ryeo Won and Park Jiyoon, actress Yoon Eun Hye has expressed a desire to put together her own exhibition of photos and drawings.

Another case of a spoiled star indulging a vanity project? Well maybe, but maybe not.

Yoon Eun Hye’s rather well-known for her artistic inclinations; she even added her skills to the sets of Coffee Prince and gained the praise of the staff. Although she hasn’t taken formal instruction in photography, she explains in an interview for the cable special Yoon Eun Hye in New York that she hopes to one day (in the distant future) put on her own exhibit.

The program, which was taped while Yoon Eun Hye was in New York, shows her in Central Park, at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and other sights around the city. (It airs its two episodes on the 18th and 25th on the lifestyle channel Olive.)

DBSK introduces the “Purple Line”

It’s not a V-line, U-line, S-line or M-line. It’s a Purple Line - the latest single from the busy Dong Bang boys. Perhaps they ditched the letters and added the colors to appear creative. But anything goes since they are Korea’s darling boyband export.

DBSK has been thriving in Japan, releasing single after single and Purple Line is a preempt to the highly anticipated third Japanese album which includes this single.

Oricon Star News’s survey found that DBSK’s reach escalated to a whopping 68.8% of consumers. This could be only a testament of their hard work and the ajumma force’s efforts to spread the word.

DBSK’s third album titled “T” will hit record stores on January 23rd.

FT Island shows love for underprivileged teens

The five young talents of FT Island made an impressive gesture when they personally requested that teens from underprivileged families be invited to concerts on their first tour, “First Island.” In each of the 10 cities on the tour route, FT Island members will distribute 500 lunch boxes to teens from low income families, inviting them to their concert. Whether or not this is a publicity stunt, we’re happy to know that this gesture will benefit fans who are otherwise unable to see their idols in real life.

Tablo says Stanford degree a burden

Whatever. If anything, the Stanford degree was an asset. It probably got Tablo’s foot in the door when no one would look twice at a scrawny 5′5 nerdy wannabe rapper.The Epik High frontman confessed that having a degree from prestigious west coast university was more of a burden on the cable channel OBS, which aired on January 12th, 2008. Tablo also thought about quitting school and attributes to his graduation to his family’s support. Also, he added that his father was a huge influence on his decision to enter Stanford University. The rapper wrote his personal essay on a poem written by his father, an orphan, when he was 7 years old.

SM artists representin’ at 2008 Beijing Olympics

To celebrate the 200 day mark, SM artists Jang Ri In and Super Junior’s Han Kyung will attend the “2008 Beijing Olympic D-200″ event. The ambassadors of Korean pop, along with other Chinese celebrities including the likes of Andy Lau and Jay Chou, will perform “Hand in Hand,” the theme song of the 1988 Seoul Olympics, in Korean, English and Chinese.

While stealing reusing our theme song might come across as being a bit shady, we’re happy to see the impact Korea has made on Chinese culture.

Jang Ri In will also debut, “One More Time,” written by Korean songwriter Yoo Young Jin.

Leeteuk Closed His CYWORLD!

Thank you all for following the not so outstanding obba.
You don’t have to be too nice to obba, but I hope you can be beside me until I leave this world forever. I am who I am, and I want to be myself, but because of suju, I’m willing to change.
The thing I want to do the most right now: Let Suju rule the world

Being a trainee is a long journey, and it’s very tiring that most of the people tell me to quit, but I know I can do it [ShenYue: I think it should be CANNOT(?)], it’s a weird feeling. Sorry that I let everyone see me in tears again, I thought I can hold it, I’m strong. To avoid myself from crying, I joked around, but ..it’s not working. To me right now, I’ll cherish my surroundings.

I wish Suju can earn every award in Asia. I want to be a MC/DJ. I want to act too, even it’s an unimportant cast, I’ll do it! And, no matter how people view me, I will still be myself. I will only change for Suju. We don’t have a regular job, because we are singers, actors, MC, and comedian. As long as people give us a chance, we will succeed. We don’t separate jobs, because we are a team. All members gave in their full effort, both before and after debut. No matter it’s a praise or a criticism, we will all remember it in our heart. We will correct our errors and do our best to learn new things. We haven’t show you guys everything, please expect us, like us, and we will keep working hard, Thank you!

I, maybe I shouldn’t even come to this world. No matter it’s me at age of 3 or 5, or even until now, I have received love from my parents. As I grow, my body experienced pain. I felt pressured. Pressured caused me stress. Like right now, I’m suffering. This kind of burden caused me to be cautious. I have to learn while I grow, I have to learn it little by little. I haven’t learn everything yet, I want to be an adult
I have a goal when I first debut, but now I know that there is way to many thing that I have no clue of. I always use an excuse of I’m too busy preparing for the group, to block myself from self-learning.
Even though I don’t have any ability, but I’ve always wanted myself to give in full effort, really!
This is what I want to tell you guys, I think I’m still qualified to be on the stage.

Just in couple of more hours, I will have to leave my CY. I’ve been sharing my life, thoughts and feelings on this place since I first debut. It gave me strength. I will be back when I’m more mature and more near perfect. I will not ask you guys to wait for me, but as long as you don’t cheat on me, hehe.
About Junsoo, since the day he was lighten by the camera light, he transformed himself to Eeteuk. He transformed to a person who is always enjoying the spirit on the stage, no matter how hard it is in behind.
I am Eeteuk. I am Super Junior’s leader. I will be more perfect right? My dream is to let the world cover with the balloon of sapphire blue.
