Wearing circus-inspired clothes, Super Junior’s Ki Bum and Sugar’s Park Soo Jin were the main models at Joo Sung Kyung’s ‘08/09 F/W NWS fashion show yesterday.
The SFAA Fall/Winter Collections are running until March 24th, 2008 at SETEC convention center in Daechi-dong, Seoul.

Ki Bum. Those putrid yellow wide-legged pants are horrendous.


Park Soo Jin looks like a layered cake that would not be very delicious.

Super Junior Lee Teuk Shocks Audience, Friday March 21, 2008 Korea

Super Junior's leader, Lee Teuk, recently revealed, on KBS 2TV Chat with Beauties (미녀들의 수다), that he knows about 150 "younger sisters".

From what Lee Teuk said, there are an estimated 150 little girls that he knows and meets up with every now and then, simply as an "older brother." Shocked after hearing this, when he was asked if he ever dated any of these girls, Lee responded that he dated about 4 of them.

Along with this shocking truth, Lee continued on with his snappy comments. When another guest, singer KCM, sang a song for the women on the show, Lee said, "I think KCM should JUST sing and not do anything else." The audience was appalled at his commentary, so he quickly attempted to sugar coat it by saying, "I always liked watching KCM's performances, and it hurts me when I see him acting so freely and looking goofy on shows."

Lee Dong Gun and Kim Sun Ah will play together in a new drama.

Actor Lee Dong Gun and actress Kim Sun Ah will play together in a new drama of SBC with the title Everyday Night (provisional translation).

Everyday Night is a comic drama which is about the story of finding a treasure and love of a flirty artist with a loyal homeland girl. After the event of burning Korea treasure Sungyemun in February, MBC decided to build a filming location which is based on the country’s property. In addition, romantic and humorous elements will make the drama more interesting.

In this drama, Kim Sun Ah plays as 29 years old girl who has a perfect body and a noble disposition. She has her ideal to work as a collector of civilized materials which have been lost. Therefore, she joins into Civilized Material Team as an advisor. From there, she has a love destiny with art professor Kim Bum Sang (played by Lee Dong Gun).

Everyday Night marks the coming back of Kim Sun Ah and Lee Dong Gun after 3 years. Especially, after the big success of My Name Is Kim Sam Soon in 2005, Kim Sun Ah’s career was paused for 3 years. Therefore, audiences are waiting for her coming back. This drama can be the last work of Lee Dong Gun before going to serve the army.

This drama will be aired on MBC from June 23 on Monday and Tuesday’s night weekly.

For the first time since their debut, Girls’ Generation’s Yoona and Sooyoung will become fashion models.On the 20th, Yoona and Sooyoung will stand as models for the ‘08-09 F/W SFAA Seoul Collection - Lee Joo Young Fashion Show’ at Seoul Hakyohul Exhibition Hall.This will be their first time walking on a fashion show.Girls’ Generation’s company SM Entertainment revealed on the 19th that “Girls’ Generation Yoona and Sooyoung will be on a fashion show for the first time” and “You will see a brand new side to Yoona and Sooyoung as they become fashion models”.On this day, in addition to Yoona and Sooyoung, broadcast star Charles will also be a model.Girls’ Generation is currently promoting their the title track from their repackage album ‘Baby Baby’.

Shinhwa are urban cowboys who band together to rescue their leader, Eric. The boys have come together to shoot their 9th music video at a studio in Gyonggi. Finally Korea seems to be attracting some big name stars. First was Wentworth Miller, then Beyonce and now Celine Dion performed in Seoul as part of the “Celine Dion Taking Chances Tour” on March 18th, 2008 at Olympic Stadium. The pop diva will perform another night before flying out in a private plane from Gimpo airport on the 20th.

Tiffany from Korean girl group So Nyeo Shi Dae has been chosen by SK Telecom as their new “1682 Collect Call” Model.

According to someone from SK Telecom, “So Nyeo Shi Dae outgoing charisma has seen them become one of the most popular groups in recent times, especially Tiffany who has gained immense popularity among soldiers. So we decided to use her as our model for this CF. We have designed images of a cheerleader, pirate captain, ballerina, sleepyhead, etc for her, changing her image of a cute young girl into a beautiful woman.

Tiffany herself expressed, “I was very nervous taking on this CF by myself, but it’s very interesting to try on so many different costumes.” “Hope that these photos will receive a good response among soldiers and youngsters. Girls’ Generation (SNSD) - Baby Baby Vol. 1 (Repackage) Release March 13, 2008

They may have grabbed attention initially as the girl version of Super Junior, but nine-member girl group Girls’ Generation succeeded in winning the hearts of K-pop fans with their own unique appeals. The group made their debut in August with the single Into The World, which stormed to the #1 spot on the M.net chart within two months of its release. In response to the high demand for their first self-titled album, Girls’ Generation which saw release in November of 2007, the girls are back with a repackaged version entitled Baby Baby containing all of the songs that featured in the original album plus 3 extra tracks.The titular track Girls’ Generation (Track 1) is a remake of Lee Seung Chul’s 1989 hit of the same name. Rearranged by accomplished composer Kenzie, the song appeals to both young and older generations, offering tunes reminiscent of the 1980s and full of youthful energy and funk. Other noteworthy tracks include the lively, rhythmic Ooh La-La! (Track 2) composed by Lee Jae Myung, house dance number Kissing You (Track 5), and Baby Baby (Track 3), a sweet confession of love written by Hwang Sung Je, whose previous works include BoA’s “Atlantis Girl”. CF Queen will always be Yoon Eun Hye’s title as she lands herself on another deal contract in CF industry. Samsung Electronics was searching for a new fresh and vibrant face to represent their premium refrigerator brand, ZIPEL.
Yoon Eun Hye, the selected model, signed a 1 year contract with Samsung Electronics, where she will be the new face for the brand. Cha Im Pyo and Kim Nam Joo were the previous models for ZIPEL.

According to Samsung Electronics’ representative, ” We chose Yoon Eun Hye as our new model because we believe that one of Yoon Eun Hye’s assets is her friendly and familiar on-screen presence which reaches out to all ages.”
